Yuxing GUO

Dr. Yuxing Guo received his doctorate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Peking University School of Stomatology. He completed a fellowship and postdoc training at Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC, Center for Craniofacial Molecular Biology, focusing on the interplay between mesenchymal stem cells and osteoclast.

Dr. Guo has over 10 years of clinical experience. He has been practicing in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Peking University Hospital of Stomatology since 2013. He specializes in minimal invasive extraction of complex and impacted teeth, oral and maxillofacial oncology and rehabilitation, clinical treatment of medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ).

Dr. Guo is a member of the oral and maxillofacial-head and neck cancer Committee of the Chinese Stomatological Association, a member and the Deputy-Secretary General of the skull base surgery branch of the China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care, a member of the Special Committee of International Medical Research of the China Anti-Cancer Association, a member of the melanoma of head and neck branch of the Beijing Cancer Prevention and Treatment Society, a member of the oral and maxillofacial surgery branch of the Beijing Stomatological Association, and a member of the plastic and integrated technology transformation branch of the China Association of Plastics and Aesthetics. He is also a reviewer of multiple medical journals.

Dr. Guo has also published more than 30 academic papers in prominent medical journals such as the Chinese Journal of Stomatology and the Bone Research.
