Xiaohong QI

Dr. QI received her medical degree from Capital Medical University in 1991, and was later awarded a Masters degree of neurology in 2005 from the same university. Dr. Qi worked as a resident at Pediatric Department, Capital Medical University Xuanwu Hospital, where she rotated through inpatient and outpatient wards, and developed expertise in managing conditions ranging from neonatal disease to adolescents’ disease and child behavior disorders. She also works on promoting children’s growth and nutritional feeing.
Before joining Beijing United Family Hospital and Clinics, Dr. Qi worked as a deputy chief Pediatrician in Xuanwu Hospital and was the director of Pediatric Department.

Dr. QI has over 20 years of clinical experience specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal disease , chronic cough in children, tics disorder and childhood epilepsy.

In addition to her clinical work, she also participated in the compilation of pediatric bilingual textbook and is  published in medical journals (Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics Chinese Journal of Child Health Care)

Dr. QI is a standing committee member of Pediatric Neurology Association of Beijing Medical Doctor Association and is a member of Psychosomatic Medicine Branch of Beijing Medicine Association.
